Pop-Up Music is a London-based music publisher and sync agency working across film, TV, advertising, trailers, games and branded content.

We’re always open to hearing brilliant music with character — from vintage catalogue and hidden gems to unusual new artists, cinematic instrumentals, wonky pop, soul, punk, jazz, folk, global sounds and everything in between.

What We’re Looking For

Hits, songs with real songwriting craft, strong storytelling, character. The cream of the crop, including:

• Finished, high-quality recordings – but if that demo has a vibe – send it!
• One-stop music where rights can be cleared quickly (ideally)
• Vintage gems and undiscovered catalogue – send in your first bands recordings
• Characterful songs with strong identity
• Left-field, weird, wonderful and emotionally direct music
• Instrumentals, clean versions and alternate mixes where available

What We’re Not Looking For

• Demos or unfinished recordings – unless it’s a blinder!
• AI-generated or AI-performed music
• Music where the rights are unclear – no samples
• Attachments or download files
• Bulk catalogue dumps with no context

Please Include

To help us review your music properly, please include:

• Artist, writer or catalogue name
• Your role — artist, manager, label, publisher, estate, catalogue owner etc.
• Streaming links — Spotify, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, DISCO, private links etc.
• A short description of the music
• Confirmation that you control the rights or are authorised to submit
• Whether the music is one-stop, or if master and publishing are controlled separately
• Whether instrumentals, clean versions or alternate mixes are available

Important Notes

• You must be the rights holder, owner, or authorised representative of the music you are submitting.
• Please do not send demos — we are looking for finished, high-quality recordings.
• We are unable to accept submissions that involve AI-generated or AI-performed music.
• We are open to all genres, periods and styles, but we are especially drawn to music with personality, originality and screen potential.

Submitting music does not create any obligation for Pop-Up Music to represent, pitch, license or respond to the submission.

Due to the number of submissions we receive, we may only reply if we feel there could be a good fit.
